Ari Dirielyan

Ari Dirielyan graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1999, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon graduation Ari was employed with DoubleClick Inc., the worlds largest Internet advertising firm, as a staff accountant. Within his time of employment with DoubleClick Inc., Mr. Dirielyan was promoted to Accounts Receivable Manager of the company’s technology group.
Paul Thorschmidt

Paul Thorschmidt graduated from State University of New York at Oneonta in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a dual minor in Accounting and Finance. Paul began his career at MSC Industrial Supply company, a leading direct marketer and distributor of industrial tools and supplies, as a Sales/Purchasing Analyst. Paul was quickly recognized for his analytical ability and team spirit and was promoted to Inventory Manager to oversee a staff of five and over $40 million in inventory.
Mohsen Amin-Nayeri

Mohsen Amin-Nayeri graduated from City University of New York - Queens College in 2015, where he received a Bachelor of Science with minor in Economics. Mohsen also received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2001 and is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson.
Brently Letts
Brently Letts graduated from The University of Maryland, College Park in 2016, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After graduating from his alma mater, Mr. Letts began his appraisal career in Maryland, before moving back to New York. Mr. Letts has experience appraising a wide variety of property types including Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Industrial, Land, Cooperatives, and Condominiums
Tatiana Calle
Valuation Consultant and
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Tatiana Calle graduated from Monmouth University in 2003, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Economics. Tatiana also received her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson.
David W. Berger

David Berger’s real estate career began in 1993 appraising real property with a variety of real estate appraisal and consulting firms including Rogers & Taylor Appraisers, Inc., and Berger & Associates Appraisers, LLC. Mr. Berger worked for five years as a senior real estate analyst with CB Richard Ellis, one of the largest appraisal firms in the nation. Mr. Berger is a partner at Berger & Associates Appraisers, LLC and currently performs consulting services for R.D. Geronimo Ltd.

Lia Chen is a Master of Business Administration graduate with dual concentration in Business Analytics and Marketing from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business in 2016. Lia began her professional career at R.D. Geronimo Ltd. as a research analyst, providing research and technology support to the executive and appraisal team.
