Ari Dirielyan, Senior Vice President and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser joined R. D. Geronimo LTD. in September of 2002 and will continue to provide his valuation expertise at R.D. Geronimo and Associates.

 

Mr. Dirielyan graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1999, where he received his Bachelor of Science Accounting.  Upon graduation Ari was employed with DoubleClick Inc., the world’s largest Internet advertising firm, as a staff accountant.   Within his time of employment with DoubleClick Inc., Mr. Dirielyan was promoted to Accounts Receivable Manager of the company’s technology group.

 

Mr. Dirielyan is a New York State certified sales associate and a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors.  He has experience in commercial and residential sales.  Ari’s appraisal focus has concentrated on multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail properties throughout the five boroughs and bi-county region of Long Island.  Ari’s concentration has focused on mark-to-market rental studies, land development, tax certiorari analysis and a variety of commercial property valuations.
