Mohsen Amin-Nayeri, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, joined R. D. Geronimo LTD. in September 2018 and will

continue to provide his valuation expertise at R.D. Geronimo and Associates.

 

Mr. Amin-Nayeri graduated from City University of New York – Queens College in 2015, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Economics. Mohsen also received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2001 and is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson. Since graduating from his undergraduate program in 2001 he has worked in the fields of project management, sales, customer service, real estate sales, and rental and property management. He began his real estate appraisal career at Expose Value Appraisals in 2016 as a Licensed Appraisal Assistant providing Inspections of Properties, Evaluation of Dwelling Conditions, Data Collection of Comparable Sales, Modeling and Value Analysis, Report Narratives, and Valuation and Reviews of Condominiums, Cooperatives, Single Family and Multi-Family Properties.

 

Since Mohsen joined R.D. Geronimo LTD, he has appraised a broad range of multi-family, mixed-use, retail, industrial, office, cooperative, and condominium buildings as well as vacant land and land developments.
