Mr. Letts, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser joined R. D. Geronimo LTD in December of 2021 and will continue to provide his valuation expertise at R.D. Geronimo and Associates.

 

Mr. Letts graduated from The University of Maryland, College Park in 2016, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After graduating from his alma mater, Mr. Letts began his appraisal career in Maryland, before moving back to New York. Mr. Letts has experience appraising a wide variety of property types including Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Industrial, Land, Cooperatives, and Condominiums.
