PBR’s purpose is to serve the needs of our clients in economic times whether thriving or in distress.While our clients continue to focus on their core business, PBR will facilitate external advisory services tailored to each clients needs. This advisory process alleviates the various burdens and costs, which often become distractions to their ability to apply their best efforts to establish and maintain positive cash flow and the realization of appreciated assets.
Our goal is to work in tandem with our clients and to maximize shareholder or equity values and minimize losses. In an era of uncertainty, our Principals have the knowledge and experience of “having been there before”. Each has a demonstrated, proven ability to accomplish difficult tasks and achieve success through understanding the problem at hand and the application of acquired technical skills, resulting in achieving our client goals and objectives. PBR has also teamed with a consortium of experts in related real estate industries (e.g. management, engineering, developers, owners, etc.) to support this business venture.

Having over 34 years of financial experience, Mr. Puccio, a Certified Public Accountant, has held commercial banking and real estate lending positions at the Long Island Trust Company, Fleet Bank and the Roslyn Savings Bank. Mr. Puccio holds a BA from Rider University, an MBA from Adelphi University and an MS from the School of Professional Accountancy, CW Post Campus of Long Island University. He was also admitted to Delta Mu Delta, the National Business Honor Society.
Peter Puccio has over nineteen years of teaching experience in real estate and banking. He has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York Institute of Technology and currently he is an Instructor in the Real Estate Practitioners Institute, School of Continuing Education, Long Island University and an Instructor in the Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development of Molloy College.
Peter Puccio is on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Practitioners Institute of Long Island University, where he serves as its Treasurer and is a member of its Education Committee. Mr. Puccio is on the Audit Committee of the New York City Housing Partnership Development Corporation. He is also a member of the Long Island Association and the Community Bankers Mortgage Forum and has served on the Advisory Committee of the Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union. He is married, has two daughters, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Peter’s broad and diverse financial background is well suited for PBR Consulting Inc. This depth of experience will provide both insight and financial modeling with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, reserve ratio allocations, and potential transaction debt restructuring. His well-established client base and varied industry related endeavors all contribute to PBR Consulting Inc.’s growth and viability.

Rohman & Stein has been active as an owner and developer in a variety of properties including New York City multifamily properties and Long Island industrial and office buildings.
Barry Stein is an Associate Adjunct Professor of New York University where he has taught Real Estate Financing for over 25 years. He is a Board Member of the Nassau County Rent Guidelines Board. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Institute at C.W. Post, serves on its Executive Committee, and is Chairman of the Education Committee.
Barry is currently focusing on a variety of financing functions including transaction based funding and various re-financing and restructuring needs. His long-term relationships with a host of primary and secondary lenders, has provided Barry notable access to these institutions, resulting in very timely responses and funding consummations. These well-established relationships have also facilitated varied business opportunities, which are well suited to the clients of PBR Consulting Inc.

Clients include a broad spectrum of financial institutions, law and accounting firms, pension funds, real estate developers, owners and investors, nonprofit and governmental agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
Richard DiGeronimo began his appraisal career in the year 1971 for a national New York based appraisal firm. During this period, he was instrumental in the establishment of various office locations (Long Island, New York City, Chicago, and Florida), staff training, and new business resources.
Richard DiGeronimo holds the following designations from these real estate appraisal organizations: The Appraisal Institute (MAI), The Society of Real Estate Appraisers (SRPA), and The National Association of Review Appraisers (CRA). Affiliated memberships include: The American Right of Way Association, Urban Land Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Real Estate Board of New York, Long Island Board of Realtors, FIABCI – International Real Estate Federation, and National Multi Housing Council. Mr. DiGeronimo was previously appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators by the American Arbitration Association.
Richard has instructed and lectured for such real estate institutions as the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, The Society of Real Estate Appraisers, LIBOR Appraisal Division, Suffolk County Board of Realtors, Century 21, National Coalition of Low and Moderate Income Housing, New England Manufactured Housing Association, and the New York State Society of CPA's. He has also taught as an appraisal instructor for the Department of State, State of New York Continuing Education Program, The Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and The National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, in addition to sponsoring various education seminars on behalf of these organizations. He has also been published and written relevant articles for various trade publications and has appeared as a guest speaker at numerous trade functions.
Richard’s telecom related experience commenced with his position as a co-founder of NTA, LLC (f/k/a National Telecommunication Advisors, LLC) and Wireless Acquisitions, Inc. (WAI) in 1995 and 1996 respectively. Both of these telecommunications related organizations provided site acquisition, leasing, installation/construction, zoning, marketing, pricing, and management services to the wireless telecommunications industry. Richard’s 31 years of extensive managerial and real estate consulting experience was one of the key components of NTA’s success.
Other telecom related ventures included the formation of Concourse Communications Group, LLC (1999), in which Richard served as one of the original co-founders and CEO through June of 2003. Richard was also one of the key co-founders and President of New York Telecom Partners (NYTP), which was formed in 1997. This venture resulted in the first wireless application covering JFK, Newark Liberty and LaGuardia Airports.
Richard DiGeronimo is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (BA) and a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker. Richard also serves on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Practitioners Institute of Long Island (REPI) and is a member of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG).
The current volatility in the market place has re-directed Richard’s firm in providing more in-depth portfolio valuations, mark-to-market evaluations (VFR), and extensive litigation support services, including tax certiorari, bankruptcy, estate tax and gift planning, and varied partnership dissolution valuations. Each of these functions is facilitated through Richard’s company R.D. Geronimo Ltd. These resources are a viable complement to PBR Consulting Inc.
