Richard J. DiGeronimo, MAI, SRPA, CRA is President and Founder of R.D. Geronimo Ltd. (1985), a multifaceted organization providing professional real estate advisory services on a regional basis. These services include real estate appraising, consulting, marketing and planning, which is augmented by a trained staff and a network of consultants and resources. Our corporate office is located in Mineola, New York.

Mark G. Mediavilla
Senior Appraiser
Mark Mediavilla’s real estate career began in 1988 in the City Planning Department in Albany, New York. In 1992 Mark began a career appraising real property with a Long Island based firm and joined R.D. Geronimo Ltd. in 1994. Today Mr. Mediavilla is a senior appraiser with R.D. Geronimo.
Ari Dirielyan
Senior Appraiser
Mr. Dirielyan graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1999, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon graduation Ari was employed with DoubleClick Inc., the worlds largest Internet advertising firm, as a staff accountant. Within his time of employment with DoubleClick Inc., Mr. Dirielyan was promoted to Accounts Receivable Manager of the company’s technology group.
Paul Thorschmidt
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Mr. Thorschmidt graduated from State University of New York at Oneonta in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a dual minor in Accounting and Finance. Paul began his career at MSC Industrial Supply company, a leading direct marketer and distributor of industrial tools and supplies, as a Sales/Purchasing Analyst. Paul was quickly recognized for his analytical ability and team spirit and was promoted to Inventory Manager to oversee a staff of five and over $40 million in inventory.
Frank N. Coppa, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
Mr. Coppa’s career has spanned approximately thirty years, and for more than half this time has been self-employed. During his career, he has served numerous clients on a variety of projects nationwide.
As principal of his own engineering firm, has been responsible for managing it; developing business plans; marketing, selling and negotiating services; hiring and assigning personnel; financing and accounting functions.

Craig Turner's interest in real estate began with the study of historic and contemporary architecture, urban studies, real
estate, economics, statistics and history while attending college in New York City, From 1991·1993, Mr, Turner worked
at real estate industry related jobs with banking, property management, and architectural firms, including Greenpoint
Savings Bank, Quadrangle Realty Services, Inc, and Designers Quad, Inc.
David Berger
Senior Valuation Consultant
David Berger's real estate career began in 1993 appraising real property with a variety of real estate appraisal and consulting firms including Rogers & Taylor Appraisers, Inc., and Berger & Associates Appraisers, LLC. Mr. Berger worked for five years as a senior real estate analyst with CB Richard Ellis, one of the largest appraisal firms in the nation.

Cathy McAndrew's real estate career began in 1996 appraising real property for Michael J. Weinberg and Associates, a New York City based appraisal firm. Her appraisal assignments included multi-family, single family, mixed-use commercial and residential, office and industrial properties and proposed construction throughout New York City.
Horia Karim

Ms. Karim graduated from City University of New York at Baruch College in 2008. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Investments with a minor in History. Horia began her career at KPMG, LLP, one of the “big four” accounting firms, as a real estate valuation associate in the Economic & Valuation Services group.
Gurpreet Parmar
Appraiser Trainee
Mr. Parmar graduated from Fordham University in 2010. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics and a specialization in International Business. Mr. Parmar also attended Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business; graduating in 2011 with his Master of Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.
